Koszeg, 11-15 February 2004
Evaluation of 1st period
The delegations agree that the work done in the first part is good overall; even though, certain deadlines have not been kept.
Being an educational and schools development project, it is desirable in the future to extend the subjects of the project to encompass students who aren’t at the moment very included.
By now nearly all the schools, more filling questionnaries, have involved between 4 and 10 students in afternoon educational focus group.
Comunication between students
It was decided to create a mailing list of students to encourage and improve communication. Radek (CZ) will prepare fixed pattern and will point out the rules for communication.
Activities over the coming months
In preparation for Minorca (may 2004)
Ø each school will present a project, an educational topic based on health education
Ø each school will work on one part of the project “Body in balance” presented by Anthony (NL)
In preparation for Embrun (march 2005)
Ø GRYBB mascotte competition
Ø GRYBB photography competition
In preparation for Hoorn (september 2005)
Ø GRYBB advertising competition

Over this period there will also be a Turin 2006 “Olympic Winter Games”presentation.
It’s important that the students, hosted in families, have an organised programme of afternoon activities together (sport and cultural)
Deadlines
By 22 february
Ø all teachers must send Paolo the results of the questionnarie conducted in January
Ø all teachers must send Paolo missing parts of the publication
Ø Paolo must send an English copy of the new project (only application form C)
By 20 march
Ø Paolo will send a PPT presentation on the results of the questionnarie
Ø Paolo will update the website
